Showtime is the all-in-one product that runs your entire event from start to finish. Build your classes and divisions, open online entries, manage walk-in entries, track run times in real time, and calculate payouts automatically — all in one place, with no manual setup or re-entry of data.
How much does MyEntryForm cost?+
Pricing is $5 USD per contestant — one flat rate with no monthly fee, no contract, and no complex tiers. Building your event is free; you’re billed after the show, only for contestants who actually entered. MyEntryForm is designed to scale with your event, no matter the number of participants or classes.
Who pays the $5 fee?+
You collect all entry money from contestants at the show, same as always — no money flows through MyEntryForm. After the show, we bill you $5 per contestant. Most producers roll the $5 into their office fee, so the software effectively costs them nothing.
How does payout calculation work?+
MyEntryForm automatically calculates payouts across multiple divisions and placements based on your run times and configured splits. It supports side pots, rollovers, and multi-division events. At the end of the show, it generates a complete payout report showing exactly what each contestant earned across all classes.
Do I need technical experience to set up an event?+
No. Showtime includes a drag-and-drop event setup tool that lets you launch your event and open online entries without outside support or technical setup. You can set classes, divisions, and rules in minutes — and edit any submitted pre-entry directly inside Showtime.
How do contestants sign up for events?+
Each event gets its own online entry form that contestants can access and fill out directly. No account required for contestants — they just open the link and submit their entry. Email receipts are sent automatically after submission.
Can I manage walk-in entries on the day of the show?+
Yes. Showtime is built for live event coordination. You can add walk-in entries quickly without disrupting the flow of the event, and all data stays organized in real time.
